If I could rate this company a zero, I would. The mechanic called and said the parts weren't available and he would come out around 11 or 12.

Then I call and was told the parts still weren't available and the mechanic would be here at 5. Then I received a call saying the mechanic wasn't available at 5 and needed to reschedule for 8:30 tomorrow morning. Sooooo, the mechanic is at work, the CSRs are at work, but I am stuck at home because they don't want to work???? Then they say there is a cancellation fee if you cancel the appointment 3 hours after booking.

I had to explain to the CSR that the company cancelled the appointment when they did not have the parts and the mechanic did not show up (TWICE). DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY!
