I had to give them my debit card info when I scheduled service and they drained my bank account afterwards. They took the cost of the repair and a week later started taking small amounts at a time that I didn't notice right away.

Someone within the company also took my information and opened other accounts in my name. Basically identity theft. I filed charges.
